We've been back a handful of times now, and it's easily now one of our favorite late night pho places. The pho dac biet has plenty of meat and the bun Bo hue is spicy and full of flavor. The eggrolls are super crispy and hot when they come out. The restaurant is smaller and has about 6 tables for parties of 2-4 people. Although they close at 11pm, they stop taking customers and orders at 10:45pm.

Craving satisfied Fiancé and I were craving some tasty broth so we decided to give Pho Mazing a try and we were very please with this hidden gem. The crazy thing was in the morning I had seen a post on the Placentia buzz about a giant sign being knocked over due to high winds and little did I know it was the sign for this specific plaza. We arrived about 8;30, last seating 9pm, and were greeted by the nicest person ever! The food was amazing, we had the veggie rolls and two pho's and the service was just as spectacular. It was a little slow when we got there, but I'd like to think that positive energies attract positivity and surely a little rush came in after we sat down. Thank you again Catherine, we appreciate your great food, great service and the great experience. We will be back for sure! Best of luck with the sign out front too! Happy holidays

Summary - best pho in town My go to Pho place every time :) My girlfriend and I go to this place very often and it never disappoints. This is a very small restaurant with only around 5-6 tables. It's a small family owned restaurant (to my knowledge) with always very welcoming host. Not much to say about this place other than the pho is amazing :) Clean and deep meaty broth and also very herby. I always get combo pho with egg noodle and it's always delicious. Combo pho includes meats along with other non typical parts such as tendon but it never smells or gamy. Just a very standard pho but they do it right.

I got the pho dac biet (7.5/10) I usually don't get pho in Fullerton because most places have been disappointing but this one was pretty good! Broth was flavorful and portions were large. Probably the best pho I've had so far in Fullerton! If I didn't have time to drive to garden grove I would come back here. Plenty of parking in the lot. The space is pretty small but service is good!

Finally got to try this local pho shop located in our neighboring city Placentia. Ordered to go on a Saturday night 05.25.24 What we ordered: ~Pho Mazing. The broth is delicious and a lot of noodles were given to my to go order. Lots of meats along w 2 big rib eye bone. ~ Chicken Pho was light and delicious. If you're looking for another non beef protein. We were provided w all of the bean sprouts, thai basil, lime, slice jalapeños and the sriracha & hoisin sauce packets. Order was available right when we picked up. Owner lady was really nice. Greeted and thanked us for choosing her shop. I'll definitely be back to dine in next time. We ordered pretty late almost towards 9 p.m.

It's just a perfect place to go for rainy days. My husband ordered BYOB = build your own bowl with rare steak, and my son and I shared the filet mignon pho with extra back rib + egg noodles instead *for $1 extra. We really enjoyed our pho, I can taste the clove just enough of it. The meat was also tender. We ordered some egg rolls for appetizers, and it was very good. The skin was super crunchy, and the filling was tasteful. They may use spring roll wrap for it that made it a little different look than typical Vietnamese eggroll. There was only one waitress who served about 12 tables. She was able to serve us in a timely manner and also checked on us a couple of times. She's definitely a hard-working person. The restaurant is pretty small, L shape dining area with minimalist modern decor. We love everything about the place and definitely would come back.
